What Miami44 collects
Miami44 may process account identifiers, profile information you provide, business-authority records, requests and work records, Concierge or Desk messages, event or opportunity interactions, and basic product-usage information needed to operate and improve the service.
How information is used
Information is used to operate Miami44, provide discovery and Concierge experiences, maintain verified business and Builder workflows, route approved work, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve product quality. Miami44 does not treat public research about a business or community as proof of affiliation.
Community research boundaries
Community research is limited to public organization-level information. Miami44 is designed not to collect participant rosters, identities of minors, private membership records, health or performance information, private group messages, private routes or schedules, or personal contact details as part of Community research.
Concierge and Desk
Concierge conversations may be used to provide the current experience. Desk can use relevant Miami44 account, access, business and work records to help an authenticated member continue work. Portal concepts may use session-only, non-sensitive preferences where disclosed; owner integrations require separate authorization.
Who else handles your information
Miami44 runs on Base44, which hosts the app, your account and its records, and the AI behind Concierge and Desk. Emails from Miami44 are sent by Base44 from no-reply@miami44.com. To find and fix problems, Miami44 records how pages are used during a visit (clicks, scrolling and page changes) through Base44's session recording; what you type into password and payment fields is not recorded. When you send a build request to the queue, its title, the first 300 characters of its description and its category are passed to Frijolito, the studio that does the work, along with a reference to the request; your name, email and phone are not. If you link your account on the Frijolito page, Frijolito also receives your Miami44 account ID and the code you enter, so it can show you your projects and receipts.
Account deletion
Account owners can request deletion from Account Settings in Desk. Requests are reviewed before completion because verified business authority, fraud-prevention records, or records that must be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons may require handling before deletion or anonymization is completed.
Security and retention
Access to private operational records is restricted by account and role where applicable. Miami44 retains information only as needed for the service, safety, operational integrity, dispute handling, or applicable legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by record type.

Miami44 is operated by Miami44, which is responsible for the personal information described here. For deletion, use the in-product account-deletion control. For other privacy questions, email hello@miami44.com. This policy may be updated as the service and its integrations evolve.
